Attention Yoga Participants:   All yoga classes are cancelled this week. Yvonne is unable to make it back to Atlanta until Thursday night. Sorry for any inconvenience. Our regular Yoga schedule will resume 07/14/2014. 

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:Dumbbells

Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 minutes

Run 0.2 miles

16 Dumbbell Thrusters

16 Box Jumpsor Box Step-Ups (use object at 16” high)

Record your results. Logging your workouts is important so you can track progress.
