SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Complete the following as quickly as possible

Run 0.5 miles

6 Manmakers

75 Jump Rope Skips (25 Double Unders)

Run 0.5 miles

6 Turkish Getups  (use 1 Dumbbell if you do not have a Kettlebell)

75 Jump Rope Skips (25 Double Unders)

Run 0.5 miles
