Warmup: Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by 40 Jumping Jacks and 10 Pushups.
Workout: Complete the following sequence 4 times as quickly as possible

3-Minute Challenge Week #5: Perform as many BROAD JUMPS as possible in 3 minutes. A "good" jump begins with both feet together and ends with both feet hitting the ground together. Spring forward as far as possible on each jump.
