TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Complete 5 Rounds of the following complex (rest as needed between rounds, approximately 90 seconds – 2 minutes).

3 Swings (Strong Arm)

1 Clean (Strong Arm)

3 Press (Strong Arm)

1 Squat (Strong Arm)

3 Snatch (Strong Arm)

***Repeat on Stronger Arm***

Record your time and the weight of your kettlebell.
