Announcements:

1.  Reminder, Yoga and KB Conditioning Classes are cancelled today.

2. Barrett Park Boot Camp sessions are cancelled tomorrow (07/04).

Running Endurance Class will be held in Barrett Park at 9:00 AM Saturday July 12th and Saturday July 26th this month to avoid conflict with Independence Day weekend and the Battle of Atlanta Double Quick 5K (July 19th). THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell.

#1: Complete 4 Rounds of the following

1 minute MAX reps Kettlebell Swing to Squat

1 minute MAX reps One Arm Kettlebell Push Press (30s/arm)

1 minute MAX reps Hand-to-Hand Kettlebell Swings

1 minute MAX reps 15-yard Shuttle Run (15-yards out and back)

1 minute REST
