Good luck to all runners in tomorrow’s Peachtree Road Race!

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Dumbbells

Complete the following tasks:

8 rounds of Tabata Situps

***Rest 2 minutes***

Then…

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes

50’ Bear Crawl

6 V-ups

9 Dumbbell Push Press
