Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching      followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Short and sweet…we need to be fresh for the race tomorrow!

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes    

8 Pushups

8 V-ups

8 Dumbbell Push Press

8 Situps

Run 80 yards (out 40 yards and back)

Good luck tomorrow to all participants in the Peachtree Road Race!
