TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

Complete 5 rounds of the following

6 Pushups

12 Box Jumps (use an object at least 16” high – box, bench, wall, etc)

36 Double Unders

***Rest 2 minutes***

Then…Complete the following as quickly as possible

Run 0.5 miles forward

Run 0.25 miles backward

Post your total time.
