Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.


Complete 5 rounds of the following

In 2 minutes, complete the following

Sprint 200 yards

30 Mountain Climbers  (each leg is ½ rep)

10 Jumping Squats

MAX rep V-ups until time the 2 minutes expires

***Rest 1 minute between rounds***

Record your total number of V-Ups.
