07/01/2011 – Hello, July!

***Today will be the last post until July 4th.  I will be getting back in touch with nature for a few days and will be without internet access until Sunday July 3rd, at the earliest. Rest if you need it or come up with your own little workout if you're feeling strong! Enjoy the holiday weekend***


Warmup: Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamics stretches and 25 jumping jacks + 15 squats.

Workout: Complete the following as quickly as possible

15 Burpees

100 Jump rope skips

50' Bear Crawl

50 Situps

80 Jump Rope Skips

40' Bear Crawl

40 Situps

60 Jump Rope Skips

30' Bear Crawl

30 Situps

40 Jump Rope Skips

20' Bear Crawl

20 Situps

20 Jump Rope Skips

10' Bear Crawl

10 Situps

15 Burpees
