Warmup: Run/Jump Rope for 2-4 miunutes. Perform dynamics stretches followed by 25 jumping jacks and 40 mountain climbers.
Workout: "Have a Ball"
Perform the following sequence as many times as possible in 20 minutes,
15 Medicine Ball Squats
30 Medicine Ball Overhead Lungesteps
Stand up, Pick up the ball, throw the ball forward. Chase the ball and pick it up before it stops rolling. Continnue this pattern for 60 yards.
30 Medicine Ball Situps
15 Medicine Ball Pushups
Stand up, Pick up the ball, throw the ball back toward you original workout spot. Chase the ball and pick it up before it stops rolling. Continue this pattern until you return to your starting point.
Begin Round 2.
