Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Complete the following as quickly as possible

50 Squats

Run 0.25 miles

75 Squats

Run 0.5 miles

25 Squats

Run 0.25 miles

    Done! Forgot to time it – must be “getting older Alzheimer’s”. Hope it’s a temporary ailment. Must say I was very grateful for the breeze.
