Warmup: Run/Jump Rope for 2-4 minutes. Perform dynamics stretches followed by 15 burpees.

Workout: Short and Sweet

Complete the following as quickly as possible:

Run 1/2 mile

30 reps of Ground to Overhead with any HEAVY object (examples: Rock, Log, Small Human, Barbell, Kettlebell, Medicine Ball, Bag of mulch, etc.)

Run 1/2 mile
