Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

Complete 3 rounds of the following:

1 minute max reps Goblet Squats w/Kettlebell

1 minute max reps Pushups

1 minute max reps Kettlebell Swings            

1 minute max reps Double Unders

1 minute rest



Complete 2 rounds of the following:

10  Windshield Wipers (Floor)

10 V-ups

10 Hollow Rocks

    Hmm these workouts are good so that we can go to gym use and do different exercise for the different muscle groups it would be really beneficial for the human body……..
