06/27/2016: Bodyweight Workout! Lots of good stuff in the mix!

Anyone know what Robbie is up to in this pic? It appears to be some sort of trunk rotating Kettlebell Swing with a pause mid-rep to say hi to Diane! Thoughts?

Workout #179 of 366 (2016)

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

Complete the following:

#1: Every minute on the minute for 7 minutes

12 Box Step-Ups (6/leg…if you remember to alternate)

6 Reverse Lunge Steps (3/leg)

3 Squat Thrusts

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes

7 Total Body Extensions

7 V-ups

7 Glute Bridges

7 Dips
