WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

“Sore legs…”

Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 minutes

15 Box Jumps        

15 Dumbbell Push Press

15 Goblet Squats  (use 1 Dumbbell)

15 Lunge Steps (per leg)

30 Jump Rope Skips
