WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete the following 5-minute workout 3 times. Rest 90 seconds between efforts. Record your total rounds.

In 5 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible

Sprint 200 yards

5  Pushups

7 Donkey Kicks     

9 V-ups

Record your total rounds for the entire workout.
