Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

“Just a little Tabata!”

Alternate the following movements for 8 rounds of each exercise.  A round consists of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement.

Lateral Jumps

Kettlebell Ballistic Hand Picks

One Arm Dumbbell Overhead Squats (alternate arms each interval)

Mountain Hoppers

Keep track of your lowest reps interval for each exercise. Add the lowest reps for each exercise together.
