06/22/2016: Dumbbell and Bodyweight Workout!

Couples Therapy session with a little conditioning courtesy of the Battle Ropes. Kmugs and MO 2.0 smoked Smugs in this one!

Workout #174 of 366 (2016)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretchingfollowed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs (hold 2 seconds/side)


Complete 4 Rounds of the following sequence

50 seconds Dumbbell Shoulder Press, 10 seconds REST

40 seconds Mountain Climbers, 20 seconds REST

50 seconds Dumbbell Bent Over Row, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Broad Jumps, 20 seconds REST

30 seconds Plank, 30 seconds REST

Record the weight you used and any modifications you made.
