TUESDAY WORKOUT
Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell
Complete 5 Rounds of the following
15 Swings (strong arm)
6 Press (strong arm)
3 Squat (strong arm)
***Repeat on other arm***
Rest 90 seconds between rounds.
Record the weight used.
