SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:Jump Rope, Dumbbells

“Happy Father’s Day”

Carry and walk with an object of significant weight for a total of 10 minutes. Here are some ideas for what to carry:

Your son or daughter

A large rock or log

A barbell

A weighted backpack

Your spouse

Kettlebells

Dumbbells

Suitcases (filled, or course!)
