Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

Team Workout!

Grab a partner and complete the following for time.  While one partner works the other will hold a Plank.

100 Dumbbell Suitcase Deadlifts

100 Dumbbell Push Press      

100 One Arm Dumbbell Snatch

100 Russian Twists w/ Dumbbell


3 rounds:

30 seconds Hollow Rocks

30 seconds Plank
