Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Lunge Steps (per leg) and 30 Mountain climbers.

Complete 3 Rounds of the following

1 minute MAX reps  Windshield Wipers (Floor)

1 minute MAX reps  Kettlebell Swings

1 minute MAX reps  Lunge steps with Kettlebell Pass Through

1 minute MAX reps  Mountain Hoppers

1 minute MAX reps  Goblet Squats   

1 minute REST

After the 3 rounds try the “optional” fun below…


30 seconds Russian Twists  with KB

30 seconds Superman Hold

30 seconds Hollow Rocks

30 seconds Glute Bridges
