THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

Complete the following tasks

#1: Every minute on the minute for 8 minutes

100 Yard Sprint

12 Squats

***Rest 2 minutes , then…***

#2: Complete 3 Rounds of the following

250 Yard Sprint

42 Double Unders

14 Pushups
