TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Lunge Steps (per leg) and 30 Mountain climbers.

Buy-In: In 2 minutes perform as many Sit-ups as possible.

then…

Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 minutes:

9 Dumbbell Suitcase Deadlifts

3 Dumbbell Hang Power Clean

9 Dumbbell Thrusters

3 Burpees

Sprint 100 yards

then…

Cash-Out: In 2 minutes perform as many Sit-ups as possible.
