TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 18 minutes. 

Run 0.2 miles

15 Box Jumps    (use a box, bench or wall at least 16” high)

20 Pushups

25 Situps
