MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

10 Rounds (TOTAL – 5 Odd, 5 Even):

ODD Rounds:

30 seconds Mountain Climbers (fast!)

30 seconds Plank

30 seconds REST

EVEN Rounds:

30 seconds Reverse Lunge Steps

30 seconds Speed Skaters

30 seconds REST
