THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Dumbbells

Complete the following Dumbbell Circuit 5 times. Rest 90 seconds between circuits.

8 Squat Thrust Deadlifts

8 Dumbbell Bent Over Row

8 Dumbbell Hang High Pulls

8 Dumbbell Shoulder Press

8 Dumbbell Windmills     (use 1 or both DBs)

8 Walking Dumbbell Lunge Step (Low Carry)  (per leg)

Record your total time including the rest periods for rounds 1-4.
