WEDNEDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Complete the following for time (25 minute cap on this one!)

0.2 Mile Run

40 Kettlebell Swings       

40 Grasshoppers    

0.4 Mile Run

30 Kettlebell Swings       

30 Grasshoppers    

0.6 Mile Run

20 Kettlebell Swings       

20 Grasshoppers    

0.8 Mile Run

10 Kettlebell Swings       

10 Grasshoppers
