Grilled Eggs with Mexican Chorizo…thank you Mark Sisson!


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretchingfollowed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Lunge Steps (per leg) and 60 seconds of Plank Hold.

Complete as many ROUNDS of the following as possible in 20 minutes:

Run 0.20 miles (one lap around the Barrett Park track)

18 Hot Potato Squats

12 Dumbbell Push Press

6 Burpees (with Dumbbells – jump up holding the dumbbells at your side)
