Pool Workout Wednesday with the ladies! Yes, those are slam balls in the water…they are great for "rescuing"!

FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Dumbbells

Complete 3 rounds of the following

40 seconds Dumbbell Bent Over Row, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Dumbbell Front Squat, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Dumbbell Shoulder Press, 20 seconds REST

Record your weight used and any modifications.
