06/08/2016: Bodyweight Workout with Burpees, V-Ups, and some Hot Sauce!

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretchingfollowed by 5 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Morningsand 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Every minute on the minute for 7 minutes, complete the following (adjust reps as need)

5 Burpees

10 V-ups

***Rest 2 minutes, then…***

Complete 3 Rounds as quickly as possible

200 meter Sprint

25 Mountain Climbers        (each leg = ½ rep)

15 Star Jumpsor Total Body Extensions

5 Pike Pushups
