THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretchingfollowed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Lunge Steps (per leg) and 60 seconds of Plank Hold.

#1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes:

50 Yard Sprint

8 Kettlebell Swings

6 Goblet Squats   w/Kettlebell

then…***Rest 1 minute***

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes

30 Yard Sprint

6 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

4 Burpees

then…***Rest 1 minute***

#3: Complete as many rounds as possible in 2 minutes

10 Yard Sprint

4 Jumping Squats

2 Overhead Lungesteps  with Kettlebell
