MONDAY WORKOUT
Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell
Complete 4 Rounds:
50 seconds Russian Kettlebell Swings, 10 seconds REST
45 seconds Situps, 15 seconds REST
40 seconds Pushups, 20 seconds REST
60 seconds 25-yard Shuttle Run, 60 seconds REST
