FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:Dumbbells

Complete 5 Rounds of the following (15 minute Cap)

10 Dumbbell Plank Rows  (per arm)

10 Dumbbell Floor Press

10 Dumbbell Hang High Pulls

10 Dumbbell Shoulder Press

20 Lateral Jumps over (DB)

FRIDAY FlAB AWAY

3 Rounds:

10 Russian Twists (per side, use 1 DB)

20 Situps

10 Windshield Wipers (Floor)
