Reminder! The next Running Endurance Training Class will be held this Saturday, June 7th, at 9:00 AM in Barrett Park. The class is free and open to everyone! Bring your whole family for a nice morning in the park!

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

As quickly as possible,

Run 800 meters

Then,

Complete 3-6-9-12-15-18-21-24 reps of

Squats

Situps

Lunge Steps (each leg is 1 rep)

Spiderman Plank (each leg is 1 rep)

Then,

Run 800 meters

Record your time.
