Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Dumbbells or None.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes

10 One Arm Dumbbell Snatch  (5/side) or 10 Reverse Lunge to Jumping Knee Thrust  (5/side)

10 Dumbbell Floor Press w/ Glute Bridge or 10  Tall Plank to Downward Dog

10 Walking Dumbbell Lunge Step (Low Carry)  (5/side) or 10  Walking Lunge Steps  (5/side)

10 Dumbbell Shoulder Press or 10 Pike Pushups

100-Yard Sprint

Record your rounds, weight used, and the workout you chose.


5 minutes:

30 seconds  Situps

30 seconds  Spiderman Plank

30 seconds  Windshield Wipers (Floor)

30 seconds  T-Plank Rotations

30 seconds REST
