Warmup:   Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 5 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Lunge Steps.

Run for 30 minutes and cover as much distance as possible. Every 4 minutes perform 7 Pushupsand 14  Squats. The clock runs continuously, but each 4 minute interval begins at the conclusion of your squats.

Post your DISTANCE covered.  Don’t forget to “LIKE” the workout if you performed it!
