THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

Complete 4 Rounds of the following. Rest as needed between rounds.

1 Clean, 1 Press, 1 Squat (strong side); Repeat on stronger side

2 Clean, 2 Press, 2 Squat (strong side); Repeat on stronger side

3 Clean, 3 Press, 3 Squat (strong side); Repeat on stronger side

30 seconds Kettlebell Snatch (strong side)

30 seconds Kettlebell Snatch (stronger side)
