MONDAY WORKOUT
Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell.
Complete 4 Rounds. Rest 1 minute in between each round.
In 4 minutes, complete the following
12 Half Turkish Get-ups (6/arm)
14 Kettlebell Kneeling Press (7/arm)
16 Kettlebell Split Squat (8/leg)
MAX reps 20-yard Shuttle Run (20 yards out and back)
Record your total shuttle runs.
