SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Lunge Steps.

“Swing, Sit, Jump”

Complete the following as quickly as possible

40 Kettlebell Swings               

80 Sit-ups

120 Jump Rope Skips

30 Kettlebell Swings               

60 Sit-ups

90 Jump Rope Skips

20 Kettlebell Swings               

40 Sit-ups

60 Jump Rope Skips

10 Kettlebell Swings               

20 Sit-ups

30 Jump Rope Skips
