Workout #153 of 366 (2016)

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete 4 Rounds. Rest 1 minute in between each round.

In 3 minutes, complete the following

40 Mountain Climbers          

20 X-Situps

10 Split Squats (per leg)

Crawl (any style – click link for a video of variations), covering as much ground as possible in the remaining time.

Record any modifications you made to the workout.
