MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete 4 Rounds. Rest 1 minute in between each round.

In 3 minutes, complete the following

20 Squats

20 Speed Skaters

20 Situps

RUN, covering as much ground as possible in the remaining time.

Record your total distance covered.
