Warmup:   Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Lunge Steps.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

6 Half Turkish Get-ups(3/arm, use 1 dumbbell)

100 yard SPRINT
