SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  A Heavy Object.

Complete 4 rounds of the following (20 minute cap)

Pick up the heaviest object you can carry. Carry it 100 yards.

Sprint 100 yards back to your starting point, then sprint 100 yards back to your object.

Record your time and the weight/description of the object you used.
