05/30/2015 – Hills, Ya’ll!


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps(each foot).

“Hill Day!”

Find a steep, nasty hill and complete 10 rounds of the following

Sprint 40 seconds (uphill)

Recover 2 minutes (downhill)

Record your total distance covered, if possible.
