WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Lunge Steps.

#1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes

15 Single Skips with Jump Rope

40 Mountain Climbers  (each leg is 1 rep)

15 Jumping Squats

****Rest 2 minutes****

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes

5 Dumbbell Suitcase Deadlifts               

5 Dumbbell Hang Power Clean

5 Dumbbell Front Squats

5 Dumbbell Push Press

****Rest 1 minute****

#3: Perform 25 Burpees as quickly as possible
