WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed lateral hops (each foot).

#1: Tabata Squats(rest in the bottom position)

8 rounds of 20 seconds working, 10 seconds resting, BUT there’s a catch…you will REST in the bottom of a squat. Each rep begins and ends at the bottom.

***Rest 1 minute***

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes

12 Box Jumps  (Use at least a 16” high box, bench, wall, etc. Feel free to modify with alternating leg step-ups)

12 Russian Kettlebell Swings

***Rest 1 minute***

#3: Tabata Pushups

8 rounds of 20 seconds working, 10 seconds resting, BUT there’s a catch…you will REST in the bottom of a squat. Each rep begins and ends at the bottom.
