TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Lunge Steps.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes

Sprint 100 Yards

10 Kettlebell Swings              

20 Mountain Hoppers    (each leg is 1 rep)

Sprint 100 Yards

20 Lunge Steps (hold kettlebell in “goblet” position for lungesteps)

10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

    Tuesday workout
    Completed 5 rounds plus through swings on the 6th. Not too bad for someone with major jet-lag!
