05/28/2012 – Happy Memorial Day!


Warmup:   Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Lunge Steps.

Complete 4 Rounds of the following (should be intense and fast!)

40 Double Unders OR 160 Jump Rope Skips

30 Sit-ups

20 Hot Potato Squats

10 Dumbbell Push Press
